A connectivity node between the SSSI and the wider Breckland landscape.  

83 bird species. 7 mammal species. 1 reptile species. Recorded in the past 12 months.

Roe rut takes place 8ft from the hide.

7 species of raptor & owl / 3 species of woodpecker / 10 species of waterbird & wetland bird / 12 species of finch & bunting / 9 species of thrush & chat / 6 species of summer warbler / 5 species of aerial insectivore

20 Red List. 27 Amber List. 57% of recorded species carry national BoCC5 conservation concern.
